The Arlington & Triangle locations ARE able to tattoo and/or pierce minors 16 or 17 years of age. A parent/legal guardian must be present and able to present government-issued identification for theirself and the minor. The Fredericksberg location will NOT tattoo or pierce any minors under the age of 18. Any FAKE or "borrowed" ID's WILL BE CONFISCATED on site.
